Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre! Here are the terms and conditions you agree to: 

Requirements: 

  • If you believe there's a health risk with any fitness service, inform us in writing. 

  • New members must be at least 10 years old at signup. 

  • Members between 10-13 years old must be supervised by a parent/guardian who is also a member at all times. 

  • For members under 18, a parent/guardian's signature on the membership agreement is required. 

  • Proper attire including shoes, towel, and appropriate clothing is mandatory at all times. 

 

7-Day Free Trial Terms & Conditions: 

  • Offer is for prospective gym members only and is offered at our discretion. 

  • Offer is not available to individuals who are only in town for a short period (e.g., one week). 

  • Offer is valid for a single 7-day trial per customer & cannot be redeemed more than once. 

  • 7-day trial period must be used within 7 consecutive days from the start date.  

  • Offer is not available to current members.  

  • You are not eligible for this offer if you have had a membership with us in the last 12 months. 

 

Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel membership due to inappropriate behaviour, non-compliance with policies, or any reason we deem necessary. 

Disclaimer: I acknowledge that whilst on the premises, my person and property are at my own risk. I acknowledge that I will not hold Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre responsible for and it hereby excludes, to the extent permitted by law, all liability for any personal injury or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered by me or loss of property while I am on the premises or arising in any way out of the use of the facilities and equipment provided, however that injury, damage or loss is caused, including if it is caused by Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre negligence. I acknowledge that except, as provided in this document, Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre gives no warranties in respect of the facilities and equipment it provides. I hereby release and will indemnify and keep indemnified Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre for any injury or loss suffered by me while on the premises. 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept the above provisions.

Release and Indemnity In consideration of the acceptance of my payment for participating in the activity (and except to the extent that the same may be precluded by state) I agree to release and indemnify Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre as follows: • I participate in the activity at my sole risk and responsibility • I release, indemnify and hold harmless Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre, its servants and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage, or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. I also agree that in the event that I am injured or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre in respect of that injury or damage. Where Participant is under 18 years of age: I being the parent/guardian of the person named in the acknowledgement and release hereby acknowledge and agree that: • I have read the whole of this document and understand it. • I consent to the person named in this acknowledgement and release participating in the activity and • I am aware of the risks, dangers and obligations set out above in the acknowledgement and release. In Consideration of the person named in the Acknowledgement and Release being accepted to participate in the activity. I agree to release and indemnify Willows Health & Lifestyle Centre in the same manner and to the same effect and extent as if I were the person first named in this Acknowledgement and Release and the person participating in the activity.
