Flash Sale Terms:
This is a $19 per week no lock-in contract with Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre.

During our Youth Flash Sale, the $59 joining fee is waived, and your first week is free. Your regular $19 weekly membership payments will begin from week two of your membership.

Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 6 weeks per year (minimum 2-week hold) at the reduced rate of $5 per week.

Flash Sale Eligibility:
Offer valid for the month of December only during the Youth Membership Flash Sale period.
Applies to new Youth members aged 10–17 years only.
Includes $0 joining fee and first week free, with no lock-in contract and $19 per week ongoing rate from week two.
Offer not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
Standard membership terms and centre policies apply.

Conditions:

· Eligible age is 10 – 18 years. Children 10 - 13years must be accompanied by an adult when attending the facility.

· You are committing to weekly payments of $19 for a non-minimum period while under the age of 18 years and thereafter will be an ongoing agreement of $25.50pw no lock in contract.

· Cancel anytime with 14 days written notice.

· A Payment Dishonour Fee of $8.90 will be charged for each dishonoured payment. 

· Parent/Guardian consent must be given at time of sign up.
