Terms: This is a fixed-term 6-week promotional membership with Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre.
As part of the Winter Momentum Challenge offer, you will receive 6 weeks of full Fitness Club access for $99 paid upfront.
Your 6-week membership begins on Monday 1 June 2026 and ends automatically on Sunday 12 July 2026.
This offer includes:
- Full gym access
- Group fitness classes
- ActivRewards activation
- Entry into the Winter Momentum Challenge
- Eligibility for weekly challenge rewards
- Eligibility for the Garmin prize draw
- One Personalised Programming Service session with a Willows coach
To participate in the challenge, you will need to scan the Winter Momentum QR code at reception through the ActivRewards app each time you visit. Three QR-scanned visits in any week will unlock that week’s reward.
Once this form is completed, you will be directed to the $99 invoice payment screen.
Payment must be completed before your membership can be activated, your key tag can be collected, or access to the centre can commence.
Conditions
This offer can not be applied to existing active memberships.
This is a fixed-term promotional membership and does not automatically roll into an ongoing membership.
There is no joining fee, no direct debit, and no ongoing contract attached to this offer.
The membership cannot be suspended, paused, transferred, or extended.
Sauna, SGPT and other paid add-ons are not included in the base $99 membership. However, selected services may be available as weekly challenge rewards if the required visit threshold is met.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, non-attendance, or unused time within the 6-week membership period. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
At the end of the challenge, you may be offered the option to continue into an ongoing Willows membership with the joining fee waived. This is optional and requires separate confirmation.

I also agree that in the event that I am injured or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre in respect of that injury or damage. Where Participant is under 18 years of age: I being the parent/guardian of the person named in the acknowledgement and release hereby acknowledge and agree that: • I have read the whole of this document and understand it. • I consent to the person named in this acknowledgement and release participating in the activity and • I am aware of the risks, dangers and obligations set out above in the acknowledgement and release. In Consideration of the person named in the Acknowledgement and Release being accepted to participate in the activity. I agree to release and indemnify Willows Health & Lifestyle Centre in the same manner and to the same effect and extent as if I were the person first named in this Acknowledgement and Release and the person participating in the activity.
